Innoware implemented the system of personnel records and payroll calculation for the Serbian enterprise of LEONI corporation

July, 2011 - The Innoware Company completed system implementation of personnel records and payroll of IW HR&Payroll based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 for LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast company (Serbia) which specializes in production of cables, light guides and cable systems for automotive industry. Thanks to IW HR&Payroll system implementation the company has an opportunity more effectively to use working time of the employees and also to receive the exact and transparent reporting for adoption of personnel solutions and the effective management tool product cost.

In 2002 Innoware implemented a system of accounting of the personnel and payroll for the Ukrainian enterprise of LEONI holding. For automation of registration of personnel and payroll of employees at the plant the business model which is used by LEONI Ukraine was selected from Serbia.

In the project progress specific requirements of the Serbian enterprise were defined and implemented: the additional functionality of an information system allowing to count the amounts of working time on special algorithms, to use different schemes of taxation depending on an agreement type and an employee category, to execute difficult calculations of charges for a worked time and calculations of the average salary taking into account the Serbian legislation is developed. Besides, as the IW HR&Payroll system was integrated with a system of accounting of time of employees and access control, the LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast company had an opportunity to manage quickly work cost – a crucial element of cost of products of the company.

As a result of LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast received the integrated system for personnel management, maintaining time keeping, control of presence and time management of employees on accomplishment of working activities (integration with a control system of access of the German company KABA), payroll according to requirements of the Serbian legislation and also a possibility of operational obtaining the regulated and corporate reporting.
