CB Richard Ellis creates budgets of service of objects from "BITS: Treasury and Budgeting"

The Kiev branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) increased efficiency of works on drawing up budgets for service of objects and to drawing up the analytical reporting for control of execution of plans in CB Richard Ellis company by means of the specialized program "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting 8", providing the high level of control of financial flows of the enterprise.

CB Richard Ellis is one of world market leaders of a commercial real estate. At 425 offices and the affiliated companies in more than 60 countries of the world about 34,000 people work. CB Richard Ellis in Ukraine provides a wide range of services: agency and investment services, services to corporate clients, strategic consulting and assessment, real estate administration, project management, technical consulting and also marketing of the real estate.

Planning in the company was performed using the Excel templates that required considerable labor costs of employees. Among problems which the company faced there was also a lack of an opportunity to monitor the actual execution of real-time operations. Accounting of execution of plans for execution of budgets required considerable labor costs, was performed manually.

Specialists of BIT in the company implemented the complete solution "1C: Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine 8", however standard functionality of the program did not allow to exercise control of availability of specialists at registration of work requests and to carry costs (the salary of personnel, materials) on the serviced objects with the required detail level. In order that the program satisfied to needs of the client, "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) the program was revised by specialists for providing effective control of availability of personnel to an opportunity at registration of requests for service, mechanisms were developed for flexible distribution of indirect costs for expenses by the serviced objects.

To increase efficiency of financial management in the company the decision on need of implementation of the program "BIT was made: Treasury and Budgeting 8" for development of budgets for objects and control of their execution, automatic formation of the analytical reporting.

As a result of project implementation the following results were achieved:

• Labor costs on formation of budgets of objects decreased;
• Project managers are given an opportunity of planning of loading of personnel in a single system;
• The possibility of diversity of indirect costs is implemented;
• The possibility of budget performance monitoring of objects is implemented;
• The possibility of formation of requests for a funds expenditure with their passing according to the approved scenarios and diversity of these expenses according to budget items is implemented.
