The Avancore company performed automation of accounting of mutual investment funds in UK Terra Esset Management LLC by means of the program "Avancore: Management company".


The number of the automated mutual investment funds – 3

Works on installation and setup of the program are executed in 2010.


Main objectives of automation:

• Automate accounting closed mutual fund
• Automate calculation of reserves and remunerations
• Automate formation of the regulated reporting
• Automate accounting of procedural transactions


As the solution the software product "Avancore was selected: Management company", the mutual fund allowing to automate accounting for kvat. investors including to create reports on kvat. to investors. This solution allowed to automate accounting of monetary claims, including in currency: automatic loading of monetary claims and payment schedule, charge of debt on payments, formation of estimated value of monetary claims. The Avancore company also developed the special algorithm of calculation of reserves and remunerations registered in account policy of UK "Terra Esset Management".


Main functionality of the program "Avancore: Management company":

• Transactions with assets: securities, shares in authorized capital, real estate, design estimates, property rights. Purchase, sale, lease, revaluation, crushing, including in foreign currency.
• Transactions with monetary claims (the loans issued, loans the repaid, mortgage mortgages, monetary claims and obligations provided with a mortgage): automatic calculation of diagrams, determination of estimated value, charge of debt.
• Formation of the regulated reporting, including "The reference of NAV", "The reference of asset cost", "The report on a gain", "The certificate of non-compliance with requirements to structure and structure of assets", Log book.
• Accomplishment of procedural transactions: formation of reserves, overdue Deb's discounting. debts, accounting of repo transactions, a subsystem of accounting of the entering and outgoing documents, control of observance of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of 8/7/2001 (counteraction of legalization of income), automatic calculation: remunerations, bank interests, NKD, percent on loans and so forth.
• Real estate lease accounting: group formation of primary documents, accounting of utility costs, automatic recognition of income, control of repayment of a managerial rent receivable.
• Automatic loading of transactions, reports of special depositary and special registrar, mortgages, security quotations and currency rates.
• Accounting of transactions with shareholders using transit accounts. Issue, exchange, repayment of shares, charge and payment of income, registers of accounting of shareholders.
• Support kvat. investors, reflection of data on inclusion and exception of the register, reports: "About kvat data. investors", "The register kvat. investors".
• Control of settlement with partners, including control of transactions over a certain amount, the analysis of purchases and sales, accounting of advance payments, conducting payments in foreign currency in conventional units.
• Formation of analytical reports, such as Annual average of NAV, "Analysis of the security quotations", drawing up and analysis of any structure profitable and items of expenditure, analysis of profitability of shares.
• Accounting of land tax and also on property taking into account wear. Formation of the tax declaration, declaration on land tax.
• Accounting of the PIT, including at repayment of shares from different funds with formation of all regulated references, the PIT unloading for IFTS.
• Separate accounting of the VAT, including from property rights, formation of the declaration on the VAT, books of purchase, the sales ledger.


Advantages of the program "Avancore: Management company":

• accounting of all types and categories of share funds, including credit and mortgage funds and also funds for kvat. investors;
• transparency of data retrieveds in reports due to existence of interpretation that allows to trace history of any received digit in regulated reports;
• a broad spectrum of analytical reports for the analysis of profitability of share funds;
• the convenient system of licensing – by quantity the mutual fund, but not by the number of users that allows to purchase additional licenses when the management company develops, but not when is necessary to the additional user access to the program.
