So, in July, 2011 according to order of the Governor of the Kostroma region as public-private partnership of regional state budgetary institution of the Kostroma region "Service of rescue, civil defense and emergency" and Argus Service LLC it is created by Regional Dispatching Company NIS Kostroma LLC to which more than 650 vehicles of the different enterprises of the region are connected already now.
"NIS Kostroma" will allow to implement large-scale projects based on GLONASS (ERA-GLONASS, Social GLONASS, elements of Intelligent transport systems) and also to save funds of the enterprises for the maintenance of internal dispatching services and rational use of transport.
Argus Service and NIS Kostroma company are ready to implementation of automated management of transport of any appointment with further integration into the general dispatching system of Russian Federation transport.
