For achievement of this purpose the decision to replace maintaining hand-written magazines of working time with the automated biometric BioTime system created based on technologies of identification for fingerprints thanks to what the most accurate accounting of a worked time of each employee is provided was made.

Solution

For data acquisition about arrival and departure of employees at an input to the premises biometric terminals of a time recording BioLink FingerPass TM are installed.

At arrival and going away from work employees put a finger to the terminal, a system compares digital model of a print to data which are in base, and makes entry about arrival or leaving.

Working schedules of each division, time of arrivals and goings, absence reasons and many other things are stored in a system. The flexible system of reports gives the chance to company management or department a one click of the button to receive the complete report on a worked time for a certain period, by quantity of absences and delay.

The biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime is completely compatible to the software "1C: Payroll and HR Management" 8.1 and 8.2 that allows to import data on employees to the BioTime system and to export the most exact information on a worked time to 1C for formation of the unified T-13 Form.
