WMS Bliss Suite

The R-ID company announced in June, 2011 start of a cloud service — management of warehouse logistics on the basis of the WMS Bliss Suite system. At the same time the database server and the application server are placed in a data processing center of DataLine company, and the final equipment — workstations, radio terminals and network printers — is located within the client's object. (DataLine specializes in services of IT outsourcing based on own network of the modern hi-tech centers of processing and data storage located in Moscow and organized according to requirements of international standards TIA-942 to the level of reliability ISO2700 concerning information security management systems.)

At system implementation Internet access to the Bliss Suite application and the database, the selected Internet channel and a technical resource (the system software and necessary server capacities) is provided to the client. The client has access to the application by means of the browser in stationary workplaces and the thin client on mobile terminals. Printing of documents and labels is possible both from stationary jobs, and from radio terminals on network printers of the client. The client should organize in a warehouse address storage, each cell of a rack or a floor cell, each storage location of goods should be taken the tsifrobukvenny address and the pasted label with this address displayed visually and in the form of the barcode. By preparation for a project startup R-ID trains one-two key users of the customer who will perform support of all end users of the client concerning work in the Bliss Suite system.

The term of system implementation depends on how quickly the client will be able to adjust data transmission from the ERP system in Bliss Suite and back and to perform input of initial data in WMS. Process of implementation averages no more than four weeks.

Support of a system, including support of its working capacity and safety of data, is performed by the supplier of the solution, R-ID company. The client has an opportunity to administer restrictedly a system, but bringing in data in any manner, except input via radio terminals, is performed under control of the specialist of R-ID. The most part of works on administration of a system, such as input and topology change of a warehouse, loading of handbook data, is also performed by specialists of R-ID.

The client pays only for lease of a system. He can stop and resume payment and use at any moment. Additional services, such as local completions, development of additional operational and analytical user reports and web data views, specialists of R-ID at additional expense undertake. The list of these services also includes additional manual adjustment by the IT administrator of the data which are mistakenly entered by the user.
