The Office of the Federal Migration Service of Russia across Sverdlovsk region implements EDMS EUPHRATES

In the Office of the Federal Migration Service (OFMS) of Russia across Sverdlovsk region system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) EUPHRATES began. For project implementation the license for simultaneous operation of 15 users was purchased. Implementation of the software product is performed by the representative of Cognitive Technologies in the Ural Federal District — AWS Intelligent Systems LLC.

Staff of migration service daily works with the large volume of paper documents therefore the speed and quality of their processing directly affect efficiency of activity of Management. Considering this fact, the management of the Office of the Federal Migration Service across Sverdlovsk region made the decision to transfer document flow of department to an electronic form. After assessment of several automation systems of document flow and office-work presented at the Russian market, specialists of Management selected EDMS EUPHRATES. The broad functionality, flexibility and ease of use of this system became the main factors which defined this solution.

Now specialists of Management operate EDMS EUPHRATES in the test mode. In parallel with setup of a system training of future users is provided. It is expected that after implementation of EDMS in commercial operation with its help unproductive costs of working time will be reduced, the efficiency of acceptance of management and economic decisions is increased and also the level of performing discipline of staff of Management is increased.
