ELAR corporation completed in July, 2011 development of new technology of processing of securities (stocks, bills of exchange, checks, bonds, etc.) and created the automated hardware and software system for its application.

The complex allows to process any payment documents with a high accuracy and performance and to create databases on the basis of the accounting information which is contained in them.

Scan securities and recognize information concluded in them still was extremely difficult for a number of reasons. First, at their production special paper is applied. Secondly, they are supplied with different methods of protection, such as guilloche grid, stamping by a holographic foil, the metallized paints and also the latent images and the numbering executed by method of a relief printing. Any program of recognition could not "consider" latent images before and create a qualitative electronic image of the payment document.

Unique development of "ELAR" consists of special industrial scanners and the software containing templates and settings for recognition of both tsifirny, and alphabetic information including non-standard fonts, the hidden records, the Roman digits and other special designations. Special attention is deserved by capability of a system to carry out analytical comparison of information, to calculate checksums, to carry out comparison of numbers on payment documents in case of their coincidence, to sort by types and series of payment documents and to unload all necessary information in any databases upon the demand of the customer. By means of specialized scanners it is possible to digitize documents of any format and the size and to lead them to a uniform format of representation. Production capacity of a standard hardware-software complex at the same time reaches about 600,000 documents a day. High performance and reliability when processing large volumes of documents - guarantee of fast payback of a complex.
