The system of web filtering in Uralsib FK

The main objective at creation of a system was obtaining the working solution providing access for users to the Internet, based on the principles of automatic web filtering and the intellectual analysis of contents of Internet traffic; the solution providing acceleration of work of network applications at the expense of the improved filtering of inappropriate traffic.

The created system allows the staff of divisions of Information technologies and Information security to provide a possibility of providing the multilevel access rights in the Internet considering information needs of different categories of users of Bank. The system of web filtering is integrated with a DLP system that allowed to increase significantly the level of corporate information security of Bank.

The basis of a system is formed by the hardware and software system of production of Blue Coat company including the caching proxy servers of high performance and stream anti-virus filters of Kaspersky Lab. A system implements ample opportunities of flexible and effective management of Internet traffic of Bank, providing protection against programs spies, a malicious code, inappropriate use of the access provided to users, at the same time releasing a considerable part of resources of a system and communication channels for needs of business. The built-in flexibly customized reporting system allows to obtain information on use of the provided access to the Internet almost in real time.
