The ARMO-Systems company announced in July, 2011 a software update of Timex based on which it is possible to organize control of use of working time of staff of any enterprise.
A system can work at the platform of this software as it is autonomous, and in composition of control and access control with unlimited number of employees and departments. As the independent system of Timex it is capable to work as with RFID- readers (EM Marine, Proximity, Mifare or iClass), and with biometric terminals of brands Sagem ZK Software , etc. Within an access control system the time recording became possible also on platforms ACS of such producers as Lenel, Keri Systems and Hirsch Electronics. For integration of a system of accounting of time into the ACS of other producers the special SDK module is provided.
Important advantage of the new version of software of Timex in comparison with other similar products in the market is an opportunity to keep a time recording as it is autonomous, and as a part of control and management systems for access (ACS) for above-mentioned producers and different ERP systems. At the organization of autonomous system of time management, Timex can work with biometric and RFID terminals of different producers. Use of budget models of readers allows to implement functions of the simplest ACS, i.e. based on software of Timex, one tourniquet and two readers (input and output) it is possible to organize access control and a time recording without use of other equipment.
Unlike the previous version, new Timex allows own means to create and edit employee base, to keep the reference book of positions and to set control points for registration of personnel on terminals in preset time. Besides, an opportunity to manually add an event that it allows to organize a time recording even without installation in the organization of any terminals is implemented. For integration of software of Timex into different ACS and ERP systems specialists of ARMO-Systems company razrabat the special module SDK (Software Development Kit) which is the separate program and is delivered for the mezzanine board.
In the new version of software of Timex support of biometrics devices of Sagem and ZK Software companies in which such unique biometric parameters of the person as a fingerprint or brush nib of a hand act as the identifier is implemented. From the economic point of view the time recording based on biometric parameters also has the benefits: are absent purchase costs of the RFID cards or replacement lost or which failed.
In addition to the listed opportunities of the updated software function of automatic generation of the sheet of a time recording in T-13 form which conducting is required from personnel department of the enterprise at the legislative level was added. Besides, Timex began to support "night shifts" (transition in 24 hours is implemented), to conduct a production calendar and also accounting of absence reasons of employees in a workplace (holidays, hospital, etc.). Also in the new version of software there were much more different reports on use of working time which can be grouped, for example, in the person or on day.
Distinctive feature of the updated software of Timex is also an opportunity to keep a time recording using interfaces in different languages. For this purpose the native speaker executes the translation of the special table where all words and terms used in a system contain. The ready file is implemented into a system of accounting of time then in the drop-down list, language of communication with software suggesting to select, there is a new point corresponding to the added language.
The software of Timex is created by ARMO-Systems company and intended for accounting and control of use of working time of personnel. 2012
The version of May, 2012 of a software module of Timex AC for the ACS is compatible to basic software of Timex and allows to organize access control to premises of the enterprise of any scale. This software product is intended for work with network controllers of the ST-NC series and provides control of peripheral devices of the Smartec brand with radio-frequency and biometric type of identification within a single system of access control of the company. Moreover, Timex AC simplifies setup and operation of biometric readers of a system, supports function of prohibition of repeated pass, programming of temporary zones and the expanded list of statistic reports.
Important competitive advantage of the module of Timex AC is existence of a recording system of biometric readers in it and terminals in the ACS which simplifies their setup and further operation. It provides easy integration of biometric readers in composition of access control as "slave" devices and "ties" them to an input of any of the Smartec network controllers: ST-NC120, ST-NC240 or ST-NC440. Such solution excludes programming of each biometrics device of access control separately as the available settings of the controller are applied to it, and the employee database which is available in it is loaded.
Unlike the previous version, in new software of Timex AC there was an opportunity to select different combinations of methods of identification of employees. For example, for the multimedia biometric Smartec ST-FT680EM terminal and the reader ST-FR020EM new software of a control system of access allows to set the following combinations of methods of recognition: only on a fingerprint (identification 1: N), on PIN or the access card together with a fingerprint (verifications 1:1) and also other combinations depending on model type.
The module of Timex AC is capable to service control systems of access of any scale, the number of users in which is limited only to opportunities of peripheral equipment. For example, Smartec controllers of the ST-NC series have database capacity on 30,000 people everyone, and total memory of a system of access will consist of tanks of all controllers entering it. Besides, Timex AC supports 256 access levels, allows to program the access levels for each employee and to create different report types on events using the combined filters.
For effective management of the ACS the module of Timex AC gives to the system administrator ample opportunities for programming of the access levels and creation of different temporary zones for individual employees or the whole groups. Timex can be used for creation of autonomous system using readers of the Smartec, ZK Software and Sagem brands, or as the program superstructure keeping a time recording as a part of control systems of access of Lenel, Keri and Hirsch companies. The new version of Timex is compatible to Windows OS, the Microsoft SQL database management system, has a packet of SDK for its integration into other ACS and ERP systems, and creates different types of statistic reports.
Along with a time recording, Timex provides full-function system management of access control based on the equipment of the Sagem, Smartec and ZK Software brands. Such control system of access can work with biometric IP terminals, readers, controllers readers, network controllers, etc. It should be noted that all biometrics reader devices Smartec are completed with the free version of software of Timex for their setup and further monitoring. Besides, Timex can be used as the software application keeping a time recording within control systems of access of such known brands as Lenel, Keri and Hirsch.
Formation of different statistic reports — one of the softwares most important functions of Timex. Personal information about employees in a system is entered in the form of cards which include a photo of the employee, his Full Name and an employee ID and also the name of department, a position, acceptance dates for work (and dismissals), the working schedule, groups of control points, events and absence reasons. If data on the employee are imported to the program providing a time recording from an ACS DB, in a personal card also other additional data can be displayed. Using software of Timex, it is possible to create the reference book of positions and individual work area for each employee or for employee groups (for example, on departments) which includes one or several premises equipped with doors with readers. At the same time only time spent by employees in work area is considered working time.
Interfaces of Timex are multilingual, and reports on use of working time form the program taking into account requirements of the Russian labor code. In particular, software automatically generates the sheet in T-13 form which maintaining under the act of the Russian Federation is assigned to personnel department of the enterprise. The client-server architecture of SURV "Timex" allows to scale flexibly a system and to differentiate powers of the operators servicing it. Besides, it is software compatibly to all versions of Windows OS, starting with version 2000 that allows to install it and to keep a time recording on any computer of personnel department or a security service with the corresponding operating system.

Timex 3.8.0
Unlike previous versions, this release offers bigger number of functions for drawing up reports, Shablonizator of reports and "The editor of reports" is added to it and also performance of different applications is increased. Besides, in software of Timex 3.8.0 the list of the supported equipment for accounting and control of working time of personnel, including all new reader devices of the Smartec brand is increased.
Software updates of Timex concerned, first of all, expansion of its opportunities for creation of reports as one of the most important problems of the systems controlling and fixing working time of employees. Timex 3.8.0 allows to keep a time recording with formation of different reports on employees, departments and the company in general and also for different time frames. For convenience of users in the new version of software Shablonizator of reports and "The editor of reports" are implemented. On the basis of the collected and systematized data the program of Timex can automatically generate the sheet of time management in T-13 form which existence in each company is required in a legislative order.
Software of Timex 3.8.0 can independently work or as the program superstructure considering working time of personnel in control systems of access for such producers as Lenel, Keri Systems and Hirsch Electronics. As an independent system, Timex provides a time recording and access control together with devices of the Smartec, ZK Software and Sagem brands. At the same time the broad spectrum of the equipment of these brands, including different biometric IP terminals, network controllers, RFID readers, controllers readers of the Em Marine standard and other models for fixing of time of arrival and leaving of personnel is integrated into the program. Moreover, all reader devices Smartec with biometric identification are completed with the free version of software of Timex for their setup and management.
The additional advantage of software of Timex for control of working time of personnel is existence of tools for development and deployment in the system of additional report types according to the customer order. At the same time all reports remain in the special magazine, are available to authorized users and reflect the necessary parameters providing a time recording at the specific enterprise. The style of each report is set by the operator at setup of an accounting system and remains in the form of a template thanks to what, during creation of the new report of the same type the style will be automatically loaded from earlier saved.
Software of Timex allows to set personal work area for each employee, including premises or group of premises from which input and an exit fix system readers. Time spent by the worker in this area will be included in a time recording. It is especially relevant for the average and large organizations where work areas of staff of different departments differ in a big variety. If for the employee the work area is not set, then when accounting of time worked him the first registered event of pass and the last event of an exit will be considered as the beginning and completion of work.
Integration of Timex with software of the different applied systems, including the ERP systems providing accounting and planning of working time, and an access control system it is possible to perform using the special module SDK (Software Development Kit). Using SKD it is possible to carry the organization of import to Timex of lists of employees from the personnel systems of enterprises 1C, Microsoft Dynamics to number of already executed integration, the Boss Kadrovik, etc. which of Timex receive the data providing a time recording of personnel and other statistical data. At the same time monitoring of all events in a system is performed in real time.
Timex 3.10
On August 20, 2014 ARMO-Systems brought to the market a new software version of Timex 3.10.
In this version possibilities of control systems of access and accounting of labor costs of personnel are expanded. In particular, in it world communications which made to possible SMS and email notification of users about the events which are taking place in a system are for the first time implemented. The algorithm of calculation and a time recording of employees on a free (not 8-hour) scale is optimized, the Photo Preview field for loading and hands-off processing of pictures is added and the SDK module for integration into third-party ACS and ERP systems is upgraded.
Timex 3.10 can independently work, using peripheral equipment of the Smartec brand or as a program superstructure of a time recording as a part of the Lenel, Keri Systems and Hirsch Electronics ACS.
One of the main innovations in software of Timex 3.10 - a possibility of creation of the world communications considerably increasing flexibility of setup of reactions of a control system of access and a time recording on any events initiated by ACS devices or operators. At the same time each event can be separated on sources that afterwards it was possible to define the operator (PC) activating it. It is important to note that the time recording based on Timex is complemented with automatic mailing of SMS/email-notifications on the set phone numbers / the e-mail addresses now. Thanks to such functionality, the new version of the program can be used, for example, in the ACS of educational institutions for informing parents of pupils on their input and output from school.
The possibilities of customization of Timex 3.10 giving to the user the chance of independent adaptation of the available wide functionality of a software module of a time recording under the specific requirements connected with specifics of a company performance are expanded. For example, the user can set the conditions of operation and reaction to the set events. The algorithm of calculation of labor costs is optimized in such a way that the time recording can be adjusted outside the standard 8-hour shift set in the organization (at the enterprise). Such form of accounting is applicable to the employees who are often leaving in business trips, having irregular working hours, working far off, etc.
In version 3.10 of software of Timex the possibility of fast and simple interface to software products of third-party developers is implemented by means of SDK. So, for example, Timex 3.10. it is possible to integrate easily with the ERP systems providing planning and a time recording of employees and access control systems. Import of the list of employees and data transmission about a worked time in the personnel systems of the 1C enterprise, "Boss Kadrovik", etc. Besides, in Timex 3.10 is a common example of such integration. restrictions to operators are set on report templates, the access levels and work areas, new devices for a time recording and access control are added and automatic optimization of the loaded photos under the set sizes is implemented.

Timex 3.13
The line of software products ARMO-Systems was filled up by the new version of software of Timex 3.13 intended for the organization of the integrated security system of the enterprise integrating systems of accounting of working time, video surveillance, access control and/or a security alarm.
Updated software it is supplied with a special board of monitoring and supports graphic plans for control of events, statuses of devices and their management. Besides, software of Timex has certificates of conformity "1C: Compatible!" for the programs "Salary and Personnel Management" (ZUP) of versions 2.5 and 3.0 and "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" (MME), supports world communications, the SMS and e-mail notification of operators of the ACS, RPE and CCTV and is optimized for calculation of working time of employees for the free diagram.
Important innovation of software of Timex of version 3.13 is implementation of work with two-dimensional graphic plans of objects using which it is possible to perform "binding" of the installed equipment of the ACS, CCTV and RPE to certain points on the plan and to trace their status, noted in the company.
Operational management of the integrated object security system is possible now through a special board of monitoring in which the administrator can place the "icons" corresponding to different elements of a system, whether it be the surveillance camera, ACS terminals or attention devices and to keep track of their working capacity with giving of managing commands, for example, for blocking and an unblocking of doors, activation of different actuators, setting or removal from protection of zones, etc.
In this version of software of Timex representation of elements of a control system of access, such as terminals, points of access and the managed exits which were added to external systems that allowed to use them in "Graphic plans" and "A monitoring board" and to configure transactions for their start in "Templates of plans" and "Board window templates" changed. Besides, in Timex 3.13 there was a command Impulse activating the outputs of ACS controllers to the set period and also setup of the sound notification in Agent at commission of any event.
