SPA Silk way (BIT: Beauty 8) 2

Earlier maintaining the customer base, operational and management accounting were conducted manually. The system allowing to automate customer relations, the schedule of employees, the movement of materials was required. Besides, it was necessary to keep managerial, operational and regulated account in one base. For solving of tasks of the company the product "BIT was selected: Beauty 8" as he allows to solve all problems of beauty shop for the shortest term and at the affordable price.

Project implementation was entrusted to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has all necessary competences. In a project deliverable 2 jobs are automated.

Project deliverables for the company:

• Maintaining the customer base is automated that allowed to increase customer service quality;
• It was succeeded to avoid overstocking of a warehouse and to provide timely deliveries;
• The time recording of employees and use of the equipment by them is adjusted;
• There was an opportunity to keep account of the rendered services and sales;
• In uniform base managerial, operational and regulated account is kept.
