2015: The temporary administration is entered into FundServiceBank
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation made the decision on introduction to FundServiceBank of temporary administration on behalf of Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) from now on. At the same time Novikombank will participate in the solution of the current tasks of temporary administration of FundServiceBank. FundServiceBank specializes in service of the enterprises and organizations of defense industry complex and other high-tech industries, including Roskosmos. Since 2013 the Board of Directors of bank includes Anna Chapman who became widely known after the Russian-American spy scandal of 2010[1].
According to the Central Bank for February 1, FundServiceBank took the 81st place by the amount of the capital among the Russian banks. Capital adequacy of H1.0 bank for this date was rather low — 10.38% (at the minimum level of 10%). According to the results of January the bank showed a loss in the amount of 906 million rubles.
A core shareholder of bank (78.88%) is the Capital trust company "Soyuz" working in the field of innovations and high technologies under control of Alexander Volovnik. The bank specializes in service of the enterprises and organizations of defense industry complex and other high-tech industries, including Roskosmos. Since 2013 the Board of Directors of bank includes Anna Chapman.
