MFC of Nyurba (SUO Damascus)

The multifunction center for Nyurbinsky district is located on the first floor of the building of the city administration and has the area of 317 sq.m. Also premises for rendering multiple copying services, services in land surveying and survey are provided.

On the basis of the solution DAMASCUS-MFC in Nyurbe the solution with standard functionality is implemented: prerecording, configurator of the graphical interface, designer of reports, record via the Internet. A system is implemented in a complete set with the touchscreen kiosk, the LCD TV, individual boards of operators, program and physical panels of operators.

In MFC of Nyurby residents of the area will be able to receive as soon as possible 33 types of municipal and public services in the field of the land and property relations and business activity. Acceptance of visitors in the center will be conducted by the consultants who underwent special training in MFC in Yakutsk.

At provision of services interaction will be performed with Municipality Administration of Nyurba, Committee of the property relations, the Non-departmental commission on use of residential and non-residential premises, Department of construction and architecture and also with departments of Land Cadastral Chamber on RS (Ya) Federal State Institution, Veterinary Department, Department of Internal Affairs of Nyurbinsky district, the Vilyuysk basin committee of conservation, Department of Rospotrebnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, Rosreestr.

Let's remind that according to administrative reform by 2015 citizens of all municipalities of Russia should receive public services in the mode of "one window". For this purpose, as the head of the government of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin noted at a recent meeting, the number of the multifunction centers for rendering public services should increase from present 170 to 2.5 thousand.
