Tasks:

The option ZMF OFM expands possibilities of ZMF for management of online Forms. Normal business forms, for example, requests for a working space of DASD, change in the schedule of GDG's, requests for providing access rights to information network resources – can be attached to a packet of changes of ZMF and process. Forms can be used or just as additional documentation of a packet of changes, but also and creation of objects of JCL for implementation of processing of different events, for example, of the statement of a form.

Allows the organizations to build in mechanisms of electronic document management a development cycle and changes of the software.

Key advantages:

Some events which are taking place in the complex and organized by IT work, actually, represent elements of manual processing of the entering or outgoing documents. The option ZMF OFM provides the mechanism which allows to classify such events, to create entry forms, to define algorithms of processing of different statuses of forms and, thus, to implement elements of the electronic document management which is built in IT a change management process.
