The concept of Neoflex consists in use of the product Neoflex FrontOffice in a complex with the best industrial components of the leading world suppliers. In this paradigm the management tool business processes (BPM platform) of IBM WS Process Server acts as a basis of the pipeline. Own product Neoflex FrontOffice automates work of users on all processing stages of the credit request. The specialized FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator (CDA) system is responsible for adoption of the credit solution. One more product of the company – the product Neoflex Products directory – is used as the tool of the description of credit products and their parameters. And, at last, the integration IBM WebSphere ESB platform provides interaction of all components of the credit pipeline.
The Neoflex FrontOffice system allows to construct the credit pipeline providing operational making changes in credit products and processes of passing of credit requests. Use of the FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator system provides the high speed of assessment of the borrower at observance of well-defined rules of adoption of the credit solutions reducing risks on the issued credits. The flexible system interface allows to change quickly the strategy of decision making without involvement of IT specialists. The complete solution "Neoflex" provides effective functioning of the credit pipeline maintaining optimal balance between the processing speed of the credit request and high quality of the credit solution.
The project in Renaissance Credit bank became the first project on creation of the credit pipeline in which specialists of Neoflex took part. The project started in 2006, and today all credit products of bank are issued on completely automated technology of crediting. The IT infrastructure of bank providing issuance of credits is constructed according to ideology of SOA. More than 10 information systems of bank and external partners which interaction is provided by the integration IBM WebSphere ESB platform are involved in processing of the credit request. The pipeline is constructed using decision making system of FICO Capstone Decision Accelerator and the IBM WS Process Server BPM platform. It supports processing more than 25,000 requests a day. Processing of the credit request arriving via different sales channels takes from 5 to 7 minutes. For the last few years Neoflex executed more than 10 projects on creation in different banking organizations of the IT solutions supporting processes of retail lending.
