Programs of TV channel are broadcast on air, in the cable networks, on the Internet. The network of satellite TV and radio broadcasting of GU TO "Tula TV channel, acting since January, 2009, allows to deliver programs to the radio transmitters providing consistent reception of a TV signal for more than 92% of the territory of Tula region in real time. In 2011 it is going to provide consistent off-air reception of a TV signal for all inhabitants of the region. Satellite broadcasting also gives the chance to adopt programs of TV channel in all territory of Russia, in the countries of the Middle East, Southeast Asia, India and China.
