The center of esthetic medicine Novomed is automated using "BITS: Beauty 8"

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated conducting managerial and operational accounting of the Center of laser and esthetic medicine Novomed using the industry software product "BIT: Beauty 8". In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to increase customer service quality.

The main activity of the Irkutsk clinic is the laser cosmetology. Within activity of department cosmetic transactions of different degree of complexity are performed: laser treatment of vascular and pigmental defects of skin, photorejuvenation, laser epilation.

For improvement of customer service quality, performance improvement of work of personnel, increase in speed and accuracy of preparation of the daily management reporting by the leaders of the center the decision to automate work of clinic was made.

After visit of demonstration day of the program "BIT: Beauty 8" 1C: Accounting and Trade companies (BIT) where opportunities and advantages of this product were shown, the head of clinic decided to automate the medical center based on this program.

Use "BIT: Beauty 8" allows to increase customer service quality, to lower costs, thanks to increase in accuracy of material accounting, a commodity remaining balance, money and settlement. Use of the program gives the chance to quickly accept requests, to plan loading of masters, gives the powerful instrument of work with the customer base.

As a result of implementation, the following sections are automated: maintaining customer base; inventory control and work with suppliers; pricing; accounting of employees and equipment; record of clients; accounting of the rendered services and sales; accounting of cash flow and payments.

As noted, according to the results of the project monetary costs due to optimization of a warehouse, economy on materials were considerably reduced. Also it is announced saving of time for accounting and efficiency of receiving management information.
