The Kravtek transport company cut down expenses on fuel and lubricants and service of the equipment

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated processes of accounting and fleet management in Kravtek transport company. The implemented industry solution "Control of Motor transport. The construction equipment and mechanisms" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform helped to cut down considerably expenses on fuel and lubricants and maintenance of vehicles. The efficiency of work of dispatching service is increased – now the enterprise daily executes twice more orders.

With development of the company the number of orders for the construction equipment significantly increased. The increased load of personnel reduced labor productivity of employees. Together with it also the expenses of the company connected with costs for fuel and lubricants and service of transport considerably grew. Earlier accounting of work of transport in the company was not automated and was performed manually in spreadsheets. The company management did not obtain the timely operational data necessary for management and control of organization activity.

To improve control and to lower fuel costs and maintenance of transport, to increase labor productivity of employees and also to provide company management with transparent and operational credentials for acceptance of management decisions, the company management decided to automate workflows.

For the solution of this task of Kravtek addressed specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). The wide experience and existence of many successfully implemented projects on automation of transport companies became an argument when choosing the partner in implementation. For project implementation the industry software solution "Control of Motor transport was selected. The construction equipment and mechanisms" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which functionality allows to achieve the objects set by Kravtek company.

• As a result of automation the total costs of the company are considerably reduced. For 25% unjustified fuel consumption was cut. Now in a system total amount come to fuel and lubricants company and also their issue and an expense on each transport unit is fixed. Cost control on repair and maintenance of vehicles improved. Now repair sheets are made out automatically that allows employees and the management to trace at any time an expense of spare parts and to get rid of unreasonable costs. A system fixes also the frequency of service maintenance of transport, helping to prevent the output of the equipment out of operation, having saved, thus, the company from the contingencies connected with unplanned idle time of transport.
• By one and a half times time of an execution of waybills was reduced. Daily dispatching service makes out about 150 orders in the different directions. Before automation this process occupied 2 working hours the manager. With the advent of a new system the manager copes with this task in 30 minutes. The company could double the number of daily executed orders.
• The company management received the convenient tool for control of activity and management of the organization. It became possible due to reflection in the system of cost data by cars, drivers, supplies and corrective maintenance. On the basis of these indicators the company management analyzes and estimates profitability of each vehicle and all enterprise in general.
