The civil service of employment of the population of the Chuvash Republic trains specialists in skills of work in EDMS Case

Public service of employment of the population of the Chuvash Republic included in a training course as "Human resources manager" training in work with the automation system of office-work and electronic document management Case. The software product was provided by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company, the EDMS developer Case, within the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!".

The educational and methodical center "Aspekt" of Civil service of employment of the population of the Chuvash Republic conducts courses on occupational retraining and advanced training of jobless citizens and the unoccupied population, seminars of advanced training of specialists of the enterprises of the republic. In the center training in specialties is organized: accountant, operator of PEVM, designer, sales manager, marketing manager, human resources manager, etc.

For quality improvement of training at the end of 2010 the educational and methodical center joined the program of EOS Group "Electronic document management — from a student's bench!", within which the software was transferred to the center: automation system of office-work and electronic document management Case; automation system of accounting of documents of archive fund "Arkhivnoye Delo"; system of personnel records Personnel.

During the period from March to June of this year based on the center was trained personnel specialists to work with a system Case. In plans of the center — inclusion in an educational course of the Archiving and Personnel systems.

According to EOS Group, in seven months ten new educational institutions joined the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!": Ryazan correspondence institute (VPO FSEI branch "Moscow State University of culture and arts"); Baltic state academy of the fishery fleet; Zaporizhia college of radio electronics of the Zaporizhia national technical university; Novosibirsk state pedagogical university; Novosibirsk state agricultural university; National academy of the managerial personnel of culture and arts (Ukraine); Ufa state college of technology and design; Moscow state legal academy of O.E. Kutafin; Volgograd industrial technical school; Faculty of public administration of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Besides, Voronezh State University, the participant of the program since 2006, bought products of EOS Group, new to himself — Archiving and eDocLib — for the purpose of inclusion in educational process.

Thus, for the first half of 2011 in educational institutions 750 jobs of all software products distributed according to the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!" are delivered in addition: systems Case, Archiving and Personnel and also the eDocLib ECM system and an electronic document management system for automation of business of EOS for SharePoint. In total in educational institutions, according to EOS Group, 12,218 jobs of software products of EOS Group are used, and the number of the educational institutions which joined the program reached 279.
