"Yandex" carried out a research of the Russian labor market on the basis of data of the recruiting service. According to " Yandex.work ", most of all vacancies openly in the field of sales and trade — such declarations more than a quarter. The second big group of vacancies is a work on transport. Here drivers of cars, trucks, special equipment are most of all necessary.

The third big sphere — IT and telecommunications. In this area most of all offers for programmers and database operators. In total about 40% of all vacancies are the share of sales, transport and IT.

In general in all regions of Russia the rating of the industries on the wage level is almost identical. The biggest salaries promise workers of the raw sector and IT specialists.

In Moscow and St. Petersburg almost all specialists can apply for much higher salary, than their colleagues from other regions of Russia. For example, both in Moscow, and in regions the salary of the director is more, than at the programmer, however the Moscow programmer will receive more, than the director in regions. As it appears from data of "Yandex", programmers in Russia receive about 22 thousand rubles, in Moscow and area twice bigger – on average 42 thousand rubles.

As commented on Yuli Solyaev's TAdviser, the leading consultant of Antal Russia, demand for IT specialists and managers in Russia remains "at the stable level". In spite of the fact that the majority of the positions opened now are the share of specialists of an average link, demand for CIO and IT managers is still notable, she told.

According to Antal Russia, the top of popular professionals in IT looks as follows: Java programmer, SAP consultant, support technician of Diasoft. In comparison with 2010, the salaries of specialists in information technology field significantly grew.

So, Java programmers salary for this period grew from 80 to 150 thousand rubles, SAP of consultants with brief experience from 70 to 130 thousand rubles, with wide experience - from 80 to 150 thousand rubles. Support technicians of Diasoft began to receive instead of 80 on average 130 thousand rubles. Chief information officers of the first category instead of 150 - 280 thousand rubles, the highest category – instead of 180 – 350 thousand rubles. The salary of system administrators of the average and high level of qualification grew from 70 to 120 thousand rubles and from 70 to 150 thousand rubles respectively.
