Today the Alphabet of Taste network contains 40 supermarkets in Moscow and the Moscow region. Formation of information technologies happened in the company on the way of evolutionary development. Over time for key IT services the failsafe IT infrastructure which is placed in a uniform data processing center was created.

In October, 2010 the management of Alphabet of Taste delivered an IT task to provide the continuity of trade process of retail network even in case of breakdown of the main data processing center. The decision on the beginning of the project on creation of the reserve center allowing to create disaster-proof IT infrastructure for IT services which will be able to support key business processes of the company was made. The contractor of the project selected HELiOS IT SOLUTIONS.
