The fund of Modern History selects 1C: Accounting

Accounting and tax accounting is automated in Fund of Modern History thanks to implementation of specialists of 1C:VDGB company of the software product 1C: Accounting 8 developed on a technology platform 1C: Enterprise. Standard implementation of 1C allowed to increase transparency of accounting, high-speed indicators of document flow and to receive the high-quality analytical tool.

The leadership of Fund selected the 1C: Accounting software product as this configuration allows to implement any scheme of accounting of activity in the organization and is the ready-made solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting and tax accounting. The standard solution can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other program components 1C.

By means of the universal program 1C: Accounting 8 in Fund of Modern History the following sections of accounting are automated:

• conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base;
• tax and personnel records;
• settlings with the organizations and advance holders;
• material accounting, goods, products;
• settlings with personnel on compensation;
• calculations for income tax;
• lot-based accounting;
• trade and currency transactions;
• cost accounting and cost accounting;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• calculations for the VAT;
• the regulated reporting.

The configuration is implemented without significant changes of functionality. Specialists of 1C:VDGB company carried out for the staff of Fund free demonstration of the 1C: Accounting program, installation and elementary education of users of 1C to work with it. Information and technology maintenance of the client is at the moment performed.
