Specialists of the Orenburg office of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation "BIT:CRM 8" in Nautilus advertizing agency. In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to increase customer service quality.

The Nautilus advertizing agency is engaged in production and placement of banner advertizing, the advertizing structures, light boxes.

The company aims at quality improvement of customer service and increase in number of regular customers. The program allowing to control a full stroke of the movement of the order of the buyer from the moment of the address of the potential client through stages of design/calculation/production was required and until final closing of the order when to the customer it is shipped the finished product (is mounted). Besides, the instrument of material accounting in a warehouse and calculation of profit was necessary for the organization.

Earlier regulated accounting was kept on outsourcing, and the production process and customer relations was fixed manually. The management had no opportunity to quickly receive the management reporting.

The 1C: Integrated Automation 8 systems and "by BIT:CRM 8" as they allow to solve most effectively problems of the company were selected.

In the course of implementation new documents were created: calculation of order cost and a dress on production. The main chain of the statuses for the standard order is configured. Function of the contractor for the purpose of separation by types of tasks is implemented: design, calculation and production. In the course of adaptation was trained key staff to work in programs.

Results of Implementation:

  • It is effectively controlled orders clients at all stages of readiness;
  • The efficiency of sales and marketing activity increased;
  • Risks of loss of clients at diseases or dismissals of personnel decreased;
  • There was an opportunity to reveal stages of sales at which the greatest number of clients is lost, to analyze, make decisions on segmentation of the customer base and to distribute efforts of personnel on the basis of objective data;
  • Information storage about the client is effective.

RA "Nautilus" continues work with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) on further settings: to calculation of price-work salary and also ensuring communication with the website for online store of standard orders (the business card, a card, etc.).
