The MOEK company implemented an implementation project of a monitoring system of metering stations of energy

The COMCOR company with the assistance of Technoserv company created an automated system of monitoring of metering stations of consumption of energy resources for the Moscow United Energy Company.

Project

The COMCOR company whose network is a basis of telecommunication infrastructure of a system, and integrator of the project – Technoserv company acted as the general contractor of the project.

Result

A system became one of the first successful large projects constructed on M2M technology. The implemented system performs simultaneous online monitoring more than 23 thousand objects including different node types of accounting of energy in house fund of Moscow.

A system is constructed based on the complex infrastructure integrating network of fixed connection using technologies IP/MPLS, MetroEthernet, HFC and - in the absence of a possibility of use of land communication channels - a cellular transmission network [MTS (Mobile TeleSystems)|by MTS]] in the GPRS mode.
