OmniTracker on service in Cleverics

The automation system created based on OMNITRACKER for the first time was put into operation in 2009 and received the name CleverACTION. CleverACTION allowed to automate quickly the main business processes of the company, having implemented the necessary functionality within one application without involvement of third-party developers.

In two years of operation of a system specialists of Cleverics made a number of completions that allowed to increase functionality of CleverACTION and as much as possible to adapt it according to requirements to business processes of the company. The module of technical support of clients was developed, the solution on integration with the website of the company is implemented, a number of small completions is executed (printing of certificates to students, control of documents and agreements on completion dates, accounting of level of loading of employees and others). At the same time, serious processings were not, the automation system continues to develop within initially put architecture.

Now CleverACTION solves the following problems: sales management, contract management, planning and control of payments, management of documents, service provision management, maintaining information on clients and consumers of services, technical support of clients.

As the platform OMNITRACKER was selected because this product provides serious opportunities for application development when preserving low TSO. So, the first release of CleverACTION was created with labor costs in nine resource days, and all about twenty resource days were spent for completion of the solution within the first year.

OMNITRACKER is a universal platform for creation of workflow-applications, at the same time the class of such applications is very wide: management of IT services, document flow, CRM and set of other business processes. Competently applying OMNITRACKER, it is possible to solve effectively different business challenges, for the different enterprises. Important advantage is that the created solution can independently be developed by the customer's forces as it is completely open for it. Thus, the dependence of customers on suppliers decreases that is also one of factors of decrease in TCO.
