Kuban - Management on operation and repair

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" in Management on operation and repair Kuban. In a project deliverable the company had an opportunity to reduce time expenditure by conducting settlement with clients, to reduce the debt of residents for a rent.

The management on operation and repair Kuban is engaged in housing, capital and running repair of buildings, heat supply, water supply, power supply, repair of utilities and also improvement of territories, utilization of garbage and cleaning.

Earlier in the company calculation of a rent was conducted in spreadsheets that was labor-consuming and led to errors. A system for automation of calculation of utility payments, accounting of residents and the registered persons, accounting in the field of housing and public utilities was required. Also it was necessary to create reports, specific to housing sector.

For solving of tasks of the company the 1C: Accounting 8 programs and "by BIT:housing and public utilities 8" as they allow to solve all problems of the company of conducting the regulated and specialized accounting for short term and at the affordable price were selected.

As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has necessary competences for automation of the enterprises of housing sector was selected. Results of Implementation:

• Costs for conducting settlings with tenants and service providers were reduced;
• Receivables of residents decreased;
• There was a transparency and availability of accounting of charges and payments on personal accounts;
• There was an opportunity to service subscribers in real time using a card of the personal account;
• There was full control of cash flows.
