Automation of personnel records of the Sokol plant based on 1C: Payroll and HR Management

As a result of successful implementation by specialists of 1C:VDGB company of the software product 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 (1S: ZUP) at the ceramic plant "Sokol" is performed automation of personnel records, payroll and personnel management of the enterprise.

JSC Sokol is the ceramic plant located in the Moscow region, is a part of Sokol Group of one of the leading holdings of Russia on production of facing materials. The Sokol plant is founded in 1907, today it is one of leading manufacturers of a ceramic tile in Russia having the modern production base giving huge opportunities for development. In assortment of the plant more than 500 names of a floor, wall and universal ceramic tile.

For automation of accounting activity of the Sokol plant the management selected standard 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software product as possibilities of this configuration allow qualitatively, quickly and most effectively to automate accounting and management in the organization for the following directions:

Standard solution 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 contains the mechanism of accounting of use of working time with support of correction of a worked time manually, hourly absences, diagrams of the reduced working time. The subsystem of personnel records of the program allows:

• store personal data on employees of the enterprise;
• the service information (division, position, quantity of the occupied rates);
• register promotion of the worker in the enterprise, business trips;
• consider holidays of workers, control their actual use.
