Implementation of 1C for management of repair shop in Myasoprom-Korovino

Specialists of "1C:VDGB" complete the first significant stage of implementation of the specialized diversified 1C software product for management of repair shop — 1C: TOIR Service management and repairs of equipment 8. The automated system should increase as a result the accuracy and reliability of planning and accounting, to provide fulfillment of requirements of supervisory authorities, to reduce number of emergency repairs and purchases, to optimize process of the logistics (L), to reduce equipment downtimes.

JSC Myasoprom-Korovino is the meat-processing enterprise issuing more than 100 names of meat and sausage products. Enters into structure of the Ostankino meat processing plant which since 1954 is leading manufacturer of products of meat processing and semi-finished products in the central Russia.

Choice by the management of meat-processing plant of configuration 1C: TOIR Service management and repairs of equipment 8 it is caused by the fact that it is an end-to-end system for resource management in many divisions of the enterprise based on the software product 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 which functionality allows to manage:

• production;
• finance and fixed assets;
• warehouse (stocks);
• purchases and sales;
• relations with buyers and suppliers;
• relations with buyers and suppliers.

Now the first significant stage of implementation of 1C is completed, works within the project are continued. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" perform installation of the software product, consultation of the client, input of primary information and data transfer from the replaced systems.

The following subsystems of accounting are put into commercial operation:

• Management of repairs;
• Order management in production;
• Inventory management.

As a result of the initial stage of implementation of 1C: TOIR Service management and repairs of equipment 8 the management of meat-processing plant "Myasoprom-Korovino" had an opportunity to conduct huge archive of all regulating and technical documentation, to calculate diagrams of the scheduled preventive maintenance (SPM), to write out dresses for works and to keep account of works. It, in turn, allowed to cut down significantly expenses on maintenance of the enterprise and repair work, to reduce duration of equipment downtimes and to increase its loading.
