Wim Bosman (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of Assino implementations completed the project on implementation of software products based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform in the Russian branch of Wim Bosman company, the Netherlands.

Before cooperation of assino and Wim Bosman accounting in the Russian branch of the company was made using the 1C: Accounting 7.7 configuration, for conducting management accounting the tables created by the staff of branch manually were used. Data of management accounting were processed by the third-party software on accounting of transportations and compared with accounting data also manually.

Specialists of assino company performed works on updating of a configuration of the software product of customer organization on the current version "1C: Accounting 2.0" (based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform).

Besides, in close interaction with specialists of Wim Bosman company, completions of a configuration for the purposes of management accounting and data exchange with an internal system on accounting of freight transportation of Trex were made. Thus, need of use of manual work for conducting operational and management accounting was excluded.

The accounting accounting system was finished using technologies of the standard solution ATiP: IFRS for the purposes of reflection of accounting data according to corporate standards of Wim Bosman management company, the Netherlands.

In addition for the personnel and personified accounting which was more detailed in branch the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.0" software product was implemented (based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform), data exchange between two configurations is configured that provides a possibility of full accounting of all main economic transactions.

As a result of successfully performed works the staff of Wim Bosman Rus had an opportunity to keep accounting in the current version of a configuration on a centralized basis, using data exchange with the additional software and also to keep management accounting using necessary analytics and to prepare the reporting according to requirements of head office Wim Bosman, the Netherlands.
