JSB Baltika (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Specialists of Antegra consulting company automated fixed asset accounting and inventory items in JSC JSB Baltika, having performed transition from manual calculation to Excel to an automated system "1C: Accounting 8"

Cooperation of "Antegra consulting" and JSC JSB Baltika began in April of this year. The project connected with data transfer in the implemented "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system was during this time performed. Within its implementation two independent databases in which HR records and payroll in bank branches were kept were united in one.

Thanks to positive results of the first project, the management of JSC JSB Baltika entrusted specialists of "Antegra consulting" one more project connected with automation of fixed asset accounting and inventory items based on "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8".

Initially account of these areas in Bank was kept in the Excel program. Within the project the possibility of formation of postings by the bank chart of accounts based on the 1C: Accounting 8 system was implemented. Now for formation of postings it is only necessary to enter primary documentation, formation of postings and unloading is automatic in a single corporate system of Core banking system Diasoft bank.

Also additional mechanisms and completions were implemented:

1. When commissioning fixed assets the mechanism of selection of VAT amounts was added.

2. The mechanism of accounting of fixed assets on users, including printed forms of signatures and report generation on users is developed.

Besides, specialists consultants of Antegra consulting company, provided user training to work with a new system.

As a result of the implemented project the staff of JSC JSB Baltika received the system customized under the bank chart of accounts for fixed asset accounting and materials adapted according to requirements of the Customer. Use of this system in the course of work helped to reduce considerably labor costs by accounting and to minimize errors.

Within the project 5 jobs were automated.
