SAP application of Travel Receipts Management from OpenText provides to users of SAP Travel Management a full range of tools which will allow to avoid the red tape which is traditionally associated with processing of paper checks. It is compatible to the MFP, applications for scanning, the fax and e-mail that does an entry procedure of images of checks and reports the simplest. Thanks to support of mobile devices, employees will be able easily to imprint checks and to fix the expenses during the business trips by means of digital cameras of the phones. The digitized images then are located in a repository and become attached to data on the corresponding business trip, remaining available via standard user interfaces of SAP.

Advantages of completely automated processing of traveling checks can be reflected also in the profit of the company.
