PeterburgGaz (EDMS) 2

In September, 2013 to PeterburgGaz companies there went the project on development of the existing Directum electronic document management system. It should be noted that this time the number of users considerably increased to 300.

Within the project the staff of Avis Expert company made updating of a system, from version 4.7 on the freshest version 4.9.1, and further all project is implemented based on Directum 4.9.1.

Within the project on development of an electronic document management system, in PeterburgGaz process of control of performing discipline is automated. It allowed heads of divisions to increase quality of control over performance of resolutions and observance of regulations. Besides, standard routes with automatic formation of the report on execution of instructions which helped to analyze loading of personnel are implemented and to increase efficiency of use of working time of employees.

In addition to implementation of the solution for control of performing discipline, the staff of Avis Expert company carries out integration with the accounting system of 1C that allowed to use the unified register of partners and contact persons and also to reduce time for document handling.

Separately It should be noted that during the project recognition of documents using barcoding is configured, it increased transparency of moving of documents to the organizations, allowed employees not only to accelerate the general process of work with documents, but also is considerable umenshit risks of commission of errors and to minimize the number of losses of documents.
