Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Murmansk Region

The Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Murmansk Region performs the functions of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it, state cadastral registration of real estate, provision of state services in the field of state registration of rights to real estate and state cadastral registration of real estate, land management, state land monitoring, navigation support of the transport complex (except for issues of air navigation services for users of the airspace of the Russian Federation), as well as functions in the field of geodesy and cartography, names of geographical objects, according to federal state control (supervision) in the field of geodesy and cartography, federal state land control (supervision), state cadastral valuation of real estate objects, federal state supervision of the activities of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers, federal state control (supervision) of the activities of self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers, federal state supervision of the activities of self-regulatory organizations of cadastral engineers^[1]

History

2010: Creation of the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Murmansk Region

By May 2010, a set of measures was completed to reorganize the Office of the Federal Registration Service for the Murmansk Region and the Office of the Federal Agency for the Cadastre of Real Estate in the Murmansk Region with the aim of creating a single territorial body of Rosreestr in the Murmansk Region^[2].

2008: Reorganization of the Federal Registration Service

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2008 No. 1847, the Federal Registration Service was renamed the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). In addition, from March 1, 2009, the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography transferred the functions of Rosnedvizhimost and Roskartography.

2005: Office of the Federal Registration Service for the Murmansk Region

On January 1, 2005, the Institution of Justice was transferred to the ownership of the Russian Federation and reorganized in the form of joining the newly created Office of the Federal Registration Service for the Murmansk Region.

2002: Institution of Justice for the state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it in the Murmansk region

Since June 1, 2002, the Department has been renamed the Institution of Justice for state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it in the Murmansk region.

1998: Creation of the Murmansk Regional Department of State Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions with It

By a decree of the Government of the Murmansk Region of April 27, 1998, in order to create a unified system of information on real estate and protect the property rights of citizens and legal entities, the State Institution of Justice "Murmansk Regional Department for State Registration of Real Estate Rights and Transactions with It" was created.
