LUKOIL-INFORM LLC completes the project on implementation of the single standard solution – the corporate integrated system of ISU "Personnel".
Personnel scope of a system – 73 thousand employees of the organizations of the Lukoil group, including the organizations of production, processing, sale and power industry. Number of users – about 1700 workers. Within a system 52 unified forms of the state statistical reporting and 197 forms according to corporate requirements are implemented. On all control functions by personnel and payroll monthly from a system on different requests about 90 thousand documents form.
For the first time the decision on process automation of personnel management was made in 2002. LUKOIL-INFORM LLC was entrusted to develop the information management system personnel. Were put into operation of such SAP HR system of functionality as Employee administration, "Organizational management", "Time recording" and "Payroll" and others. On project deliverables in September, 2007 the Concept of creation of the uniform integrated personnel management system in the Lukoil group using two solutions is approved: SAP HR – for the large organizations and "BOSS-personnel officer" – for rather small organizations.
A choice for benefit of two solutions is made taking into account cost efficiency and also on the basis of the fact that the selected software products for many years take the leading positions in the class.
The main division of human resources of JSC "LUKOIL" carried out the corresponding work on formation of a business process model of personnel management, together with LUKOIL-INFORM LLC the list of business processes for automation is defined. A total quantity of the automated business functions – 174.
The chief of Main division of human resources of JSC "LUKOIL" Anatoly Moskalenko comments on results of system implementation: "We were interested in this project and, acting as the customer, were the most directly involved in implementation process. Necessary decisions were made and approved quickly, even at the highest level. As as instruments of automation we took the solutions checked by world and domestic practice, the existing business processes were brought into accord with standard solutions. The important role in success of implementation was played also by a project team: we managed to pick up strong team of the specialists having required knowledge, qualification and experience. Lukoil became vertically integrated oil and gas company, the first in the domestic market, which managed to implement the single standard solution in the field of personnel management. Other oil and gas companies are in our experience already actively interested. We are sure that "transparency" of processes in work with personnel is a necessary condition of effective management of the company, a guarantee of justification and adequacy of the made management decisions – both at the level of subsidiaries, and on group Lukoil in general".
