EDMS "Euphrates" is implemented in United Distribyyutors

In wine trading company "United Distribyyutors" system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies — EDMS developer — the license for 70 at the same time working users, the "Fast Start + Avtoimport of Documents" and "Partners" configurations and also the module "Registrar" were purchased. Installation and tuning of a system are performed by the customer's specialists.

For effective solution of these tasks the company management made the decision to automate document flow using EDMS. Now employees United Distribyyutors are trained in Cognitive Technologies training center. It is planned that after deployment of EDMS "Euphrates" with its help accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence will be automated, mailing of organizational and administrative documents is adjusted and also maintaining agreements and order taking of partners are organized. For the analysis of activity of employees it is supposed to use the system of reports on document flow and performing discipline.

Thanks to the "Fast Start + Avtoimport of Documents" configuration at specialists United Distribyyutors will appear an opportunity to organize automatic document registration, come to the company in electronic (by e-mail or a web form) or paper (after scanning) a type.

It is expected that implementation of EDMS "Euphrates" will allow to accelerate at 10-15 times accomplishment of routine transactions with documents (search, movement, registration, the inventory), to increase labor productivity and performing discipline of staff of the company, to exclude cases of loss of documents and also to provide control over all stages of approval of documents and accomplishment of instructions.
