Implementation of complex MIS in Republican Consulting and Diagnostic Center State Healthcare Institution

In May, 2010 the "End-to-end Medical Information Systems" company started implementation of complex MIS in Republican Consulting and Diagnostic Center State Healthcare Institution Saransk, the Republic of Mordovia.

The first stage of implementation included automation of the main part of medical and diagnostic process – maintaining the Electronic clinical record, automation of diagnostic service, and implementation of "Electronic registry of KIIS".

RKDTs State Healthcare Institution became one of the first users of "Electronic registry of KIIS". Due to the special status of health facilities as leading Diagnostic center of the Republic, the changes intended for more accurate accounting of the diagnostic services rendered within compulsory health insurance to the persons which are not the assigned contingent of health facilities were made to structure of KIIS.

Now practically all jobs of attending physicians are automated. With a system conduct work of 89 users.

In the next plans – implementation of auxiliary subsystems: FES and the Laboratory information system, including connection of laboratory analyzers.
