In Empire of Bags the implementation project of SAP is complete

The MEVI-RUS Ltd company which is the supplier of the all-Russian retail network "Empire of Bags", the company SAP, ALPE consulting specializing in implementing solutions of SAP announce project deliverables of SAP implementation of ERP.

MEVI-RUS Ltd uses all available opportunities for an exit to qualitatively new production rate and the advancing development. In a new office and warehouse complex some of the most modern technologies of storage and processing of goods and information and also perfect warehouse and logistic programs are used. MEVI-RUS Ltd the first of large operators of the Russian market of leather accessories applied an end-to-end system of resource management - SAP.

After carrying out in February, 2010 audit of the existing information system at the enterprise by specialists of ALPE consulting it was revealed that the functionality of the integrated platform does not allow Empire of Bags to exercise fully control of existing at the enterprise business - processes and needs modification and completion.

Based on the booked audit in MEVI-RUS Ltd the decision on start of the project as a result of which the existing defects had to be eliminated was made and also the solutions allowing to reflect in the ERP system the new business processes and processes finished according to the changes happening in the company are developed and implemented in productive operation.

Today are implemented and successfully such processes as function: sale of consignment goods, automation of a show-window, process automation of movement, sale and inventory of a show-window by means of terminals, inventory of traded goods and some other important business processes.

Since May, 2011 the ALPE consulting company performs functional maintenance of a system and the user support. Along with support of the functioning business processes the agreement includes implementation and setup of additional functionality upon the demand of the Customer.
