The BTLab company successfully executed the project on implementation of corporate edition of an electronic document management system of DocsVision in Stroymenedzhment Holding LLC company.

The Stroymenedzhment Holding LLC company set for BTLab the following project tasks on system implementation of electronic document management:

  • Create a common information space for geographically distributed divisions of Holding and provide a possibility of the protected remote access to EDMS on the Internet.
  • Provide strict differentiation of access rights to documents.
  • Create uniform electronic storage of documents with a possibility of registration and storage of the entering and outgoing correspondence, agreements, organizational and administrative and production documents and also documents of economical department.
  • Automate routing of documents in the company within processes of approval, a statement, consideration, execution.
  • Provide integration of EDMS into e-mail server.
  • Create archive of personal records of employees.

All assigned tasks were carried successfully out by BTLab company. The solution created on the DocsVision platform fully meets the requirements of the customer. Use of modern information technologies in the field of document flow will allow Stroymenedzhment Holding LLC company and subsidiary companies to systematize information storage and to get quick access to its use.

It is possible to refer to interesting features of the project:

  • Use of opportunities of DocsVision for integration with MS Exchange that allows to get access to a part of functionality of EDMS directly in the MS Outlook e-mail client.
  • Specialists of BTLab finished standard functionality of the DocsVision system, having provided a possibility of maintaining personal records of employees and storage of personnel documentation.
