IBS won the tender of the Ministry of Education and Science for ensuring examination of electronic educational resources

The IBS company is recognized by the winner of competition on project implementation "Ensuring process of technical expertize of electronic educational resources". A competition was held by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The Electronic Educational Resources (EER) are the resources intended for educational process at which reproduction electronic devices and first of all the computer are used. The educational videos and sound recordings training systems and programs, electronic dictionaries, etc. concern like those. EOR of new generation allowing to organize training by means of Internet space, to make process interactive, to provide possibilities of modeling, etc. begin to play the increasing role in educational process.

Use of EOR provides availability of qualitative information content to users across all Russia, gives ample opportunities of creation of author's rates and development of individual trajectories of training. By means of EOR conditions for development of creative potential of preschool children and pupils according to the main objectives of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) are created.

One of important steps within improvement of the EOR complex is technical expertize which is understood as set of functional and technology and ergonomic examinations. This examination is intended to control accomplishment of a number of requirements, including regarding providing the high level of interactivity and multimedia of resources, existence of opportunities of modeling, their cross-platform. In 2011-2012 within the project initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation expertize of EOR on their compliance to Uniform production requirements to the electronic educational resources set in 2011 will be carried out. The IBS company recognized the best applicant on quality of works and qualification of the contractor became the winner of competition on project implementation. Specialists of IBS have serious practice in the field of examination of EOR as are engaged in similar works since 2006 as subcontractor, and since 2008 – as the general contractor. Results of examinations of IBS were repeatedly used by the state customer at acceptance of works of EOR developers.

The new project on examination of EOR is going to be implemented during three stages. The first will be devoted to development of the regulating documents regulating an order of conducting examination, and at the second and third stages there will take place actually examination of the new and earlier developed resources, including on their compatibility with six operating systems and four web browsers. In total about 5000 new and more than 10000 earlier developed EOR are supposed to carry out expertize.
