Content

Joint stock company "Helicopter service company" (JSC VSK) completed at itself an implementation project of information management systems processes of logistics and a MRO of helicopters. The contractor in the project - alliance of the IT and consulting companies GMCS and "APRO Capital", entering into Compulink Group.

Task

In 2008 the tasks of the organization of highly effective business in the field of an after-sale service of helicopters of the Russian production, including the organization of the service centers abroad were set for JSC VSK. In the same 2008 in JSC VSK within the decision of UIC Oboronprom on centralization of supply of the enterprises entering into Helicopters of Russia holding, and masterings of the market of an after-sale service (PPO) of helicopters the project of creation of the unified information system of management started. Based on a complex research of the software products existing in the market for a basis of an information system JSC VSK selected the Oracle E-Business Suite complex including the specialized solution for aircraft – Oracle cMRO (Oracle Complex Maintenance Repair and Overhaul).

Solution

Within the project problems of automation in the system of all complex of processes of logistics and maintenance and repairs of the equipment (MRO) of helicopters are solved: tender procedures, conducting contract work with partners, including processes of calculations, registration of cash flows, work planning of a MRO, control of relevant structure of a board, accounting of a resource status of units, control of the movement of units in operation, etc. According to requirements of GOST, the industry standard, the specification and other regulating documents the uniform nomenclature reference book is created.

Details

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of procedures of customer relationship management integration of an information system into the portal of JSC VSK, implemented on Microsoft SharePoint is executed. Within the organization of accounting of economic transactions the Oracle E-Business Suite complex was also integrated with an accounting system of JSC VSK based on 1C that allowed to provide document flow on preparation of commodity and accompanying documents in real time.
