In church of the Blessed Trinity (Kolomna) the implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system is complete. A system will allow the management of the temple to build and support accurate interaction with philanthropists, said in the statement of NaviCon Group company integrator.

The church of the Blessed Trinity this year celebrates the 20 anniversary of the revival. Today at church the orthodox gymnasium, children's school of arts, Sunday school, the children's social and rehabilitation center, the preschool Kernel group work, the patronage service is created, own newspaper and the children's annex to it is issued. Versatile activity of arrival became possible, thanks to an active position of the guide of arrival to involvement of philanthropists, said in release.

The church of the Blessed Trinity in Kolomna exists generally at the expense of philanthropists therefore for their detailed accounting decided to use the CRM system from Microsoft 

For work with the organizations and individuals who render charitable donations in church other automated system was used earlier. As specified in NaviCon, it was also the Microsoft software product.

Significant growth in the database led to what an old system, having restrictions on information volume, could not satisfy to requirements of church any more. Therefore the decision on implementation of more powerful system – Microsoft Dynamics CRM was made.

During the project the CRM solution to which data from earlier used system were transferred was implemented. As a result the church had a tool for storage of the customer base. Besides, thanks to a system all actions which the staff of church performs in relation to each acting and potential philanthropist are considered: calls, letters, all history of relationship.

Also serving churches can consider transfers (material and non-material). For more exact and effective interaction with those who sacrifice to the temple a system allows to accumulate information on volume of the rendered charity and time of cooperation of the specific person with church.

According to Andrey Zamyslov, the Head of Department of Microsoft CRM NaviCon Group, "it was one of the most unusual projects". "Its feature is that we for the first time implemented the new version of a product - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. And the scope of a system is very specific, in any case, for our company it is the first project of automation of such field of activity. I think, we coped with the task", - he noted.

However it is not the first experiment of divisions of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) on automation of the activity. For example, the Moscow Patriarchy of ROC implemented electronic document management based on solutions of the company "Electronic Office Systems" (EOS Group). Similar EDMS "CASE" also the Barnaul Diocese of ROC uses.
