The "Budget and Financial Technologies" company (BFT) started system implementation of placement of municipal purchases "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" in Nizhneilimsky district of the Irkutsk region. On

"ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" will provide in Nizhneilimsky district automation of process of municipal purchases (from planning of the order before its execution), integration with the Official website of the Russian Federation for the publication of information on placement of the municipal order and will give an opportunity to receive a broad spectrum of statistical and analytical data.

The management system for municipal purchases of Nizhneilimsky district will conform to all requirements of the Federal legislation and will allow to perform the functions connected with requirements planning, formation of requests for order placement from subordinated receivers of budgetary funds, order placement, performance of municipal contracts, formation of the complex reporting according to the results of placement, compliance with law control.

This system is a component of the complete solution "Electronic Budget" constructed on the principles of the Concept of creation and development of the integrated information management system by public finance "The electronic budget" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1275-r of 7/20/2011, and directed to creation of a common information space of management of region economy.
