At the Otradnoye gas processing plant process of management of local regulating documents is automated

Implementing solution based on DocsVision in Otradnoye GPP provided increase in efficiency of work with local regulating documents and also reduction of time and labor costs on report generation, creation and document retrieval.

In September, 2010 specialists of Otradnoye GPP due to the need of process automation of office-work at the enterprise carried out market research of the existing electronic document management systems (EDMS) and the implementation organizations working at this market.

On analysis results specialists of Otradnoye GPP selected the DocsVision system, as the consultant for creation and implementing solution based on Docsvision the ACS-group Group having serious experience of implementation of automated control systems including in structures of Rosneft was selected.

Key project task was process automation of management of local regulating documents of Otradnoye GPP. During the project specialists of ACS-group Group created the centralized storage of local regulating documents, the corresponding user interfaces providing access for employees to documents within their powers and service duties are developed. Besides, automatic transfer of the local regulating documents created for previous years of activity of the enterprise from the existing information environment in the new implemented system was performed.

During the project specialists of ACS-group Group developed and implemented the solution which is completely meeting assigned tasks and the requirements of head company "Rosneft". Due to implementing solution based on DocsVision it was succeeded to increase efficiency of work with local regulating documents, to reduce time and labor costs by report generation, creation and document retrieval.

In Otradnoye GPP Ltd in a system more than 80 users work. In plans of Otradnoye GPP further development of functionality of an end-to-end system of enterprise management.
