Application solution "1C:Automatization. Working Time Management "allows you to organize an effective system for recording and monitoring the working time of company personnel.

The capabilities of the program allow you to record the time of arrival and departure of employees, provide company management with information about absent employees and the reasons for their absence, and generate primary data for payroll.

The solution can interact with one or more pass-throughs by logging in and out events in the same information base. In the process of registration of the fact of passage, the employee is identified, and his data is checked taking into account the work schedule and the department to which this employee belongs.

biometric Scanners, plastic card readers and barcode scanners can be used as registration devices with the system. The software product supports the operation of scanning devices from BioLink Technologies Inc, in which employee identification is carried out using fingerprint scanning. To work with other models of recording devices, preliminary individual testing of the model is required.

To analyze the information, the solution provides reports "Office Presence," "Office Absence," "Event Report," "Employee Status," "Employee Schedule Deviations," etc.

The Office Presence report, for example, allows you to create a list of employees who are present in the company at the time of the report, indicating their position and time of arrival. You can get information about all events for a period for a specific pass-through, department, or employee using the Event Report. The Employee Work Schedule Deviations report enables you to analyze employee work schedule deviations in hours by day for a specified period, as well as the totals of time worked and deviations.
