Implementation of software 1C:VDGB: Accounting for NPO in "The Moscow regional Federation of basketball"

Accounting and tax accounting of "The Moscow regional Federation of basketball" are automated using the staff of 1C:VDGB company based on implementation of the specialized 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for non-profit organization.

"Moscow Regional Federation of Basketball" ("MRFB") public organization since 2003 improves the system of training of athletes of the top skills, provides actions for preparation and participation in different competitions of national and club regional teams. The federation works on development and formation of both professional, and amateur, basketball for children and young people and also is engaged in assistance to veterans. Consolidation and support of the sports organizations of the Moscow region — a main goal of "MOFB".

The management of regional Federation already made the decision on automation of accounting service of the organization by means of a standard configuration 1C: Accounting earlier. Thanks to implementation of the 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting for NPO by the management received the effective management tool by non-commercial organization activity which functionality provides the easiest and fast accounting in the following directions:

• conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target financings" and receipts in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• an opportunity to keep account by a business and non-commercial activity - maintaining the 20th account "Main production" by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity" its closing into the 86th account;
• an opportunity to consider costs on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• in a configuration the mechanism of accounting of economic operations on financing sources is implemented. In standard reports it is possible to obtain information on each of financing sources, or on all sources at once;
• features of accounting of the VAT are considered — the possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusions in cost of the purchased objects is implemented;
• features of accounting of fixed assets are implemented, fixed asset accounting and charge of wear is provided;
• planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year), and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses is provided;
• automatic filling of the regulated form No. 6 on the basis of the inventory data entered into the program;
• the mechanism of automatic conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source is implemented;
• one base allows transition to the STS and back, without additional installations of programs.

Industry 1C:VDGB configuration: Accounting for NPO allows to perform all necessary economic operations, to keep material accounting, to perform trade operations. Accounting and tax accounting in a configuration are implemented according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Thanks to high extent of automation, the employees who are not accountants can enter documents of accounting of trade operations into the database. Besides, the 1C:VDGB program for accounting of NPO provides also salary accrual.
