Slowly but surely to products of Microsoft the reputation of protected returns. Recently Kaspersky was positive for Windows 7 security system, having noted improvements in comparison with the previous versions. However these responses are not so convincing as the August report of NSS Labs in which results of testing of new versions of the most popular browsers are published: Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Internet Explorer.
Testing was held using technology of social engineering (SEM). Today it is a basis for the most widespread category of malware. If you did not get under influence of such software yet, then almost for certain know those to whom it already happened. Usually in that case links for loading of the malware to the computer often mask under a screen saver or antivirus software.
But as it is possible to see on the diagram, IE9 successfully competed with other browsers when case reached blocking of the links containing such malware: result more than 99%. With a big separation from it on effectiveness on the second place the Chrome browser from Google with result of 13%.
