Specialists of 1C:VDGB company completed implementation of the industry 1C:VDGB configuration: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC (the new name of the program — 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC) in Gotika Housing cooperative for automation of accounting and tax accounting at the enterprise.
The choice by the management of HCC Gotika of program 1C for accounting in housing and public utilities management companies is caused by the fact that its functionality allows to solve with high efficiency such problems, specific to housing sector, as: accounting of owners of property, formation of printed forms of a passport office, accounting of housing and non-residential stock, utility calculations and charges, formation of the specialized reporting.
As a result of implementation of 1C accounting organization activity is conducted due to integration into the standard program 1C: Accounting 8 in which conducting standard accounting and tax accounting of the enterprise without the need for exchange and unloading between modules of accounting of a rent and accounting is possible. Functionality of the 1C:VDGB program: In management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC the following sections of accounting at the enterprise allow to automate accounting:
- material accounting and inventory accounting;
- accounting of production and trade operations;
- accounting of transactions with money;
- fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
- salary accrual;
- accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform base;
- application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes;
- maintaining the house cost accounting at the enterprise:
- automatic allocation of costs on services and materials in houses, parkings and other accounting items;
- a set of the flexible and configured cost allocation methods: by the number of houses, on the area, by quantity living and also according to any other quantity characteristic tied to an accounting item;
- fixing to any building of several masters or divisions and other responsible persons;
- a possibility of allocation of costs on the buildings assigned to a certain master or division;
- formation of acts on the performed works;
- report generation on costs, including the reference cost calculation.
The configuration is implemented without significant functional changes. The staff of 1C:VDGB company carried out free demonstration, program installation and elementary education of 1C of users to work with it. Now the client is serviced on a subscription to information and technology support of 1C.
