Oblkommunenergo (ELMA)

After successful start in operation of the ELMA system at the Oblkommunenergo enterprise within the first stage of an electronic document management system, the certified partner of EleWise company, Flexible Technologies and Oblkommunenergo company discussed and approved the second stage of the project.

At the second stage of the project work with agreements in customer company will be automated. It is expected that especially for the Customer processes of approval and agreement signature, control of their passing will be developed. Now at the Oblkommunenergo enterprise several tens of agreements weekly are signed, periodically there are losses of documents. Besides, the company wants to reduce sharply costs for the processes connected with approval and signing by the agreement. These purposes are also delivered before the ELMA system and "Flexible technologies".

Also within the second stage the technical specifications on development of process "Technical accession" will be made. The ELMA system gives an excellent opportunity to automation and it, very widespread for power engineering specialists, process. It is supposed that development of this functionality will be made at the third stage of the project.

Thus, the project on vnedheniyu the ELMA systems in Oblkommunenergo confirms building of long-term relationship between the Customer and the Contractor. Interest in this project was very high, in particular, the plot about the project is shown in TV program Financier last Sunday.
