JSC Transagentstvo (Novy Urengoy, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area) was organized in 1992, a core activity of the enterprise is provision of services of a radio communication, based on this type of activity since 2001 services of dispatching taxi service are rendered.
At the end of 2009, within a problem of automation of business, in the organization the first implementation of the Infinity Taxi software product which developer is Weathervane Sale took place. The project came to the end successfully therefore in 2011 when before the management there was a problem of selection of the direction of the taxi on import cars in a separate business unit, preference was given to the product which already proved in work.
"Originally this program to us was recommended by our colleagues from Nadym praising it very much, but before ordering Infinity Taxi we looked for other software products, set several trial versions of other companies, worked in the test mode, - the chief of technical department of JSC Transagentstvo, Aksenova Zhanna tells. - All other solutions seemed to us amateur: it is less than functions for control also lack of full statistics on managers and drivers. When there was a question of expansion of dispatching service and selection of a separate line, we decided to set at once Infinity Taxi as managers, drivers and the management well mastered the program, acquired the database of clients, the addresses. When installing a new system we easily transferred the acquired base to a new workplace. We decided to open the second dispatching line at numerous requests of passengers and taxi drivers who wanted selection of the VIP line for separation of orders for domestic cars and foreign cars".
According to Zhanna Aksenova, the main and greatest Infinity Taxi function is automation of acceptance and payment processing via payment terminals and also a call of clients on SMS, it very strongly unloaded accountants and operators of the company. Other important feature is the possibility of wire tapping which well disciplines managers and improves the culture of service.
Thanks to Infinity Taxi in both dispatching offices, the number of requests which one operator is capable to process increased more than by 30%. In plans for development there is equipment of machines navigation equipment for determination of coordinates and expediting en order and also order processing and calculation of cost using navigation charts.
