The project on creation of multifunction call center in one of the largest automobile holdings of Central Federal District – in Antonina group is complete. The project is executed by NAUMEN company based on the software solution "IP call center of Naumen Phone". The new call center provides high-quality service of calls of the clients addressing to 10 car centers of group today.
Project implementation allowed to receive the consolidated statistics on service of calls of clients, including such indicators as duration of a talk, time of postvyzovny processing, operating time of operators, etc. Analyzing this information, the company management timely introduces amendments in work of call center.
